My experience with SimplyBookname has been excellent. I am no longer working my schedule around my client's preferences - I just relax and let the appointments get scheduled. I haven't tried syncing with my Google calendar yet, but having that set up would be the cherry on top.

It's simple to use. I don't like the format of the emails that are sent as confirmation or reminders though.

Sometimes good

Amazing! After doing trials with a few others companies, SimplyBook Me stands out from the rest. We had a complicated schedule with 1-1 sessions and group classes and by myself I was having trouble setting it up. Helen responded promptly to my emails and has just spent well over an hour assisting me via Live Chat. She was extremely patient, helpful and even accessed my scheduling system remotely to help me out. I could not praise her more. SimplyBook Me also have a large range of Plugins to cater for every need. I am super super happy and can't wait to start using this system.

Nice so far

We have been happy with the site. We've had a few issues with customers saying they booked one day and then our page said they booked another but I'm not sure who's error that is. It does seem a bit expensive and you don't offer a discount for paying for one year verses 6 months.

SimplyBook.me made allowed me to level-up my business simply and affordably. Directing my clients to my scheduling page makes attracting new business far more pleasant than the back and forth emails I'd been using.
